The office, located on rue de Liège, will accommodate a team of around ten managers, engineers, and experts. With its head office in Lyon and European branches in Turin and Zaragoza, the company is strengthening its presence in the French capital region, a strategic move to support its national development and further its international expansion.
The inauguration ceremony, held on December 7, 2023, brought together prominent figures from real estate, development, and public governance, as well as elected officials and key stakeholders in the sector. APRC Group warmly thanks all participants, including Jean-Michel Genestier, Mayor of Le Raincy and Vice-President of the Greater Paris Metropolis in charge of logistics, whose presence, words, and commitment were deeply appreciated.
During the event, Karim Abdellaoui, Founding President of APRC Group, and Olivier Barge, Operational Director, highlighted the importance of the Paris branch and addressed the pressing challenges of today:
