This Privacy Policy is intended for Internet users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) who may provide their personal data on the various websites and domains (hereinafter the “Sites”) of APRC GROUP and its subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “APRC GROUP”).

- “Privacy Policy”: Refers to this policy, which informs Users—whether professionals or consumers—of the commitments made by the Company, in its capacity as Data Controller, to respect Users’ data when they use the Sites, and to enable Users to exercise their rights as granted by the amended Data Protection Act.
- “Data”: Refers to personal data collected and processed during Users’ interactions with the Sites, particularly in relation to contact requests and job applications.
- “Data Controller”: Refers to the Company, which determines the purposes and means of processing the Data collected via the Sites.
- “User”: Refers to any individual who uses the Sites.
- Purpose
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to outline the Company’s commitments, as Data Controller, to protecting Users’ Data collected and processed during activities such as managing contact requests, handling job applications, and conducting commercial prospecting.
- Data collected
As Data Controller, the Company collects and processes three categories of Data:
4.1 Identification Data
To process a contact request, the Company requires identification data. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form are mandatory to ensure the Company can respond to the User. If these fields are left blank, the User’s request cannot be processed. Fields not marked with an asterisk are optional.
4.2 Professional Data
For contact requests and job applications, professional data is also required. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the application form are mandatory to submit an application and enable follow-up communication. If these fields are incomplete, the User will not be able to submit their application. Responses to fields not marked with an asterisk are optional.
4.3 Connection Data
The Company collects connection data such as IP addresses, login credentials, and cookies, as detailed in Article 9 of this Privacy Policy. Users are informed in advance of this collection and processing and must consent to it via a checkbox provided in the information and consent notice when submitting their Data through the contact form.l not be disclosed to any unauthorized third party, without the consent of the User.
Purposes of Processing
When submitting a contact request or an application, Users are informed that their Data is collected, used, and processed for the following purposes:
- Receiving, managing, and processing contact requests;
- Managing recruitment activities;
- Conducting commercial prospecting;
- Establishing personalized preference criteria.
Recipients of Processing
The Data is strictly intended for the Company, its employees, and authorized technical personnel, in accordance with the purposes outlined in Article 5.
The Company may share certain Data with subcontractors to process User requests. This includes professionals mandated by the Company to market its real estate programs, provided that the User has given consent during the collection of their Data via the contact form. Subcontractors are required to maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of the Data and may only use it for the purposes of fulfilling their contractual obligations.
The Company guarantees that the User’s Data will not be disclosed to any unauthorized third party without the User’s consent.
