Our commitment to sustainable development is reflected in our leading practices and certifications. We are proud to have obtained the first BREEAM certification in France, and the second in Europe, for an industrial real estate project, attesting to our pioneering position in eco-responsible construction.

As general contractor and prime contractor, and as developers, we make firm commitments to the quality of our work and the optimization of deadlines.

To meet these commitments, we have set up an internal label dedicated to the continuous improvement of our processes, focusing on the “safety quality” of our worksites, the rigorous selection of our subcontractors, and the prioritization of technical and engineering aspects.
To meet these commitments, APRC Group has developed three specialized entities dedicated to environmental solutions, APRC Natural Solutions, to energy issues, APRC Energy, and also to economic analysis of territories and flows, with APRC “Supply, studies and territories”.=.
To meet these commitments, APRC Group draws its daily inspiration from the reliability and rigor of its “engineering DNA”, while combining it with the pioneering spirit that drives our development teams.
We know that every project has unique needs. That’s why we assign a business expert, a single point of contact dedicated to each of our customers, who masters the specifics of their sector and accompanies them through every stage of the project.
This approach enables us to mobilize a wide range of specialized resources: architects, draughtsmen, economists, territorial analysts, energy and fluids experts, construction engineers, QHSE specialists, 3D computer graphics designers, and much more.
Our expertise enables us to nimbly design projects that precisely meet the expectations of our customers and their local areas, and to guarantee urban, development, technical and real-estate solutions that are perfectly adapted to their aspirations and to the specific features of their environment and the activities concerned.
A socially responsible company, committed to local communities and young people
APRC Group acts as a good corporate citizen, supporting humanitarian and social actions such as solidarity caravans in Africa and initiatives to help disabled children go to school.
Since 2022, APRC Group has set up an endowment fund dedicated to supporting societal and environmental projects.
Thanks to APRC Mécénat, we have already supported over 30 associations, with actions focused on access to education for all, support for young people, healthcare, aid for people with disabilities, and protection of the environment and biodiversity.
