A key milestone has just been reached in the construction of the future urban logistics platform of KSI, a developer and promoter of productive and sustainable real estate, in the heart of the Lainière district in Wattrelos and Roubaix (59). We are proud to announce the raising of the first posts this Tuesday, October 15th!
This ambitious project, located on a plot of land measuring over 50,000 m², is fully in line with the dynamic rehabilitation and revitalization of a former historic textile industrial wasteland, with the aim of creating an innovative and sustainable logistics site.
With a surface area of 26,000 m², the platform will be divisible from 6,000 m², making it perfectly adaptable to any urban or industrial logistics activity, particularly zero-emission delivery solutions. It will include 24,200 m² of warehouses, 1,600 m² of offices, and 200 m² of technical premises, with the possibility of integrating positive cold storage areas.

– Eco-responsibility thanks to a design that meets high environmental standards, the creation of over 10,000 m² of green space, the installation of solar panels across the entire roof, and the objective of achieving BREEAM Excellent certification.
