APRC Group Welcomes Razzy Hammadi as Director of Strategy and Foresight
APRC Group, aiming to become a European leader in “productive and sustainable real estate” (logistics, industrial, activities, etc.), is pleased to announce that Razzy Hammadi has joined its ambitious European development project as Director of Strategy and Foresight. Following the appointments of Jean-Marie Guillet, Olivier Barge, and Patrick Remords, Razzy Hammadi brings his extensive experience and vision to further accelerate the Group’s growth.
An economist with an MBA from ESSEC Paris and Mannheim and a Master’s degree in Smart Mobility Logistics from the École des Ponts and Telecom Paris, Razzy Hammadi began his career in public housing policy consulting before moving to the Meridiam investment fund.
Elected as a Member of Parliament in 2012, Razzy played a significant role as General Rapporteur for both the Consumer Bill and the Equality and Citizenship Act within the Economic Affairs Committee. His roles included serving as:
- Vice-President of the National Commission for Commercial Development (2014–2018),
- President of the Commercial Practices Review Commission (2012–2017), and
- Member of the Finance Committee of the National Assembly, where he focused on local finance and territorial equalization.
After his parliamentary tenure, Razzy Hammadi expanded his expertise in urban planning, development, logistics, and industrial real estate. In 2017, he founded News Tank Cities, the first information agency dedicated to urban issues. Later, in 2019, he established the MBA in Management of Urban Transitions at the Pôle Léonard de Vinci, an initiative APRC Group has collaborated with since its inception. In 2022, he authored “The 10 Urban Challenges for France in 2030”, published by L’Archipel.
