To meet the growing needs of its customers, Le Roy Logistique, a specialist in transport and logistics, is strengthening its network in Pays de la Loire by leasing a new 20,000 m² warehouse in Cholet (49).
As one of the first major projects of KSI, the development subsidiary of APRC Group, the delivery of this platform is scheduled for the end of the year.
KSI, the development arm of the Lyon-based APRC Group, is finalizing the construction of this 20,000 m² logistics platform on land acquired in Cholet. Ideally positioned to support Le Roy Logistique’s proximity strategy, this 3-cell platform, with a storage capacity of 32,000 pallets, will enable the company to prioritize short-haul transport by locating as close as possible to customers’ consumption areas and industrial sites.
With this new warehouse, Le Roy Logistique now offers a total of 131,000 m² of storage space within a 70 km radius, ensuring efficient coverage of the Pays de la Loire region.
In addition to photovoltaic panels installed on the roof, this BREEAM ‘VERY GOOD’ certified building perfectly reflects Le Roy Logistique’s CSR strategy. It also reaffirms the commitment of KSI and APRC Group to delivering real estate solutions that align with their clients’ environmental requirements.
This marks the first partnership between APRC Group/KSI and Le Roy Logistique.
