After APRC Group and its subsidiary APRC became the first general contractor to achieve triple certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, KSI has now validated the compliance of its QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) management system with these same three ISO standards. This achievement reflects KSI’s commitment to quality, environmental stewardship, and safety, benefiting its customers and engaging both operational and management teams.
Notified by the certification commission on January 26, this prestigious triple certification was officially awarded by BCS Certification, a certification body accredited by COFRAC, a subsidiary of the APAVE Group.

Building on the experience of APRC Group—which aims to achieve triple ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification across all its activities—KSI initiated its own certification process during its first major project. This project involved the construction of a 20,000 m² logistics platform for Le Roy Logistique, a transport and logistics specialist, in Cholet (49). With this accomplishment, KSI becomes one of the first real estate developers to secure triple certification right from the design stage of a project.
