APRC Group reaffirms its ambition to always offer, in a constantly changing context, premium industrial and logistics real estate solutions, adapted and relevant wherever our customers wish to position themselves with agility and responsiveness. This requirement has led APRC Group to initiate an international development strategy for more than two years now.
Our teams have turned this ambition into reality this year by taking major positions, particularly in Italy and Spain through its development subsidiary: KSI.
This European development is accompanied by a policy of multi-sector partnerships aimed at strengthening our industrial offering and making it ever more adapted to the specific needs of our customers. In the fields of energy, smart building, urban logistics, innovation, renaturation and supply chain engineering systems integrated into buildings.
As one of the French leaders in the assembly of real estate operations dedicated to logistics, APRC Group is constantly strengthening its innovative solutions allowing economic players to make use of all the potential of their logistics strategy.
Italy and Spain are today the two first levers of this growth strategy where the Group has taken positions on nearly 500 hectares.
- Italy seems to already be a success. 200,000 m2 of the platform shall be built 2023 onward on two sites, in Chivasso and Imola.
- Initiated a few months after Italy, Spain promises similar prospects in the very short term given the positions currently in exclusive negotiations.
In this context of internationalization and sustained growth, APRC Group has initiated a new partnership policy that has led it to:
- develop its partnership with 6e Sens Immobilier, formalized by an exclusivity agreement through 6e Sens UNIK. “Since this exclusivity no longer meets the respective strategies of our two structures, each has regained its freedom to independently develop its own Promotion activity, while retaining the ability to develop joint projects,” says Jean-Marie Guillet – Director of Real Estate Development Europe at APRC Group;
- intensify the diversification of its partnership agreements, allowing it to enrich its 360° vision of the needs and challenges of sustainable logistics in areas as complementary as energy, smart building, urban logistics, architectural innovation, renaturation or supply chain engineering.
