In the opposite direction to excessive financialization and standardization, it’s always a question of putting people, territory and use at the heart of the real estate and production development project, right from the very first working meetings.
Our DNA is that of the developers, designers and engineers who make up the bulk of our teams, integrating all the imperatives of the territorial project at all times.
Builder of the first BREEAM-certified industrial site in France, winner of the SIMI 2021 Grand Prix in the “Architecture and logistics real estate” category, and the first general contractor to obtain triple ISO 9001-14001-45001 certification, our commitment is reflected in visible action on our projects.

Our history
The APRC story began in the late 1990s with three friends, Karim Abdellaoui, Philippe Pantanella and Guy Rakotobe, who worked in design offices together and shared a common dream: to set up their own company.
Together, they decided to take the plunge, each bringing complementary skills – Karim for development, Guy for civil engineering, and Philippe for technical aspects. In 2006, after months of preparation and organization, APRC officially saw the light of day, backed by their shared passion and determination to build something lasting.
The company’s beginnings were modest, with temporary offices in Saint-Chamond, then a definitive move to Lyon after a vote by employees, reflecting their collective vision of an attractive working environment. The first contracts, notably with the Weiss chocolate factory and Prologis, marked the company’s turn towards larger-scale projects, particularly in logistics real estate, which became APRC’s specialty.
Thanks to sound strategic decisions and a strong sense of cohesion, APRC quickly took off. The company’s history bears witness to the ambition of its founders, driven by a shared vision and a strong team spirit, which led them to numerous successes and forged APRC’s identity.
In 15 years, the company has gone from being a local general contractor operating for logistics real estate specialists, to a group mastering the entire “commercial real estate” chain, serving a constantly evolving and enriching range of customer-partners.

APRC Group is first and foremost a company with a human dimension, a team of over a hundred people, a mix of young talent and experienced profiles, whose know-how and achievements are known and recognized by professionals in the sector, both companies and local authorities.
Through its subsidiaries, APRC Group is present in 3 countries: France, Italy and Spain.
