We are proud to announce the raising of the first posts this Tuesday, October 15th!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This ambitious project, located on a plot of land measuring over 50,000 m\u00b2, is fully in line with the dynamic rehabilitation and revitalization of a former historic textile industrial wasteland, with the aim of creating an innovative and sustainable logistics site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a surface area of \u200b\u200b26,000 m\u00b2, the platform will be divisible from 6,000 m\u00b2, making it perfectly adaptable to any urban or industrial logistics activity, particularly zero-emission delivery solutions. It will include 24,200 m\u00b2 of warehouses, 1,600 m\u00b2 of offices, and 200 m\u00b2 of technical premises, with the possibility of integrating positive cold storage areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Its strengths?<br>\u2013 Urban proximity with a location in the heart of the urban fabric, for optimized delivery flows.<br>\u2013 Eco-responsibility thanks to a design that meets high environmental standards, the creation of over 10,000 m\u00b2 of green space, the installation of solar panels across the entire roof, and the objective of achieving BREEAM Excellent certification.<br>\u2013 Creation of local value by generating employment and revitalizing this iconic neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A big congratulations and thank you to the teams at APRC, the general contracting subsidiary of APRC Group, who are working on the ground and managing the work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery: Summer 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested in this asset?
