Ideally positioned to support Le Roy Logistique&#8217;s <strong>proximity strategy<\/strong>, this <strong>3-cell platform<\/strong>, with a storage capacity of <strong>32,000 pallets<\/strong>, will enable the company to prioritize short-haul transport by locating as close as possible to customers&#8217; consumption areas and industrial sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this new warehouse, Le Roy Logistique now offers a total of <strong>131,000 m\u00b2 of storage space<\/strong> within a <strong>70 km radius<\/strong>, ensuring efficient coverage of the <strong>Pays de la Loire region<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to <strong>photovoltaic panels installed on the roof<\/strong>, this <strong>BREEAM &#8216;VERY GOOD&#8217; certified building<\/strong> perfectly reflects Le Roy Logistique\u2019s <strong>CSR strategy<\/strong>.
