The office, located on <strong>rue de Li\u00e8ge<\/strong>, will accommodate a team of around ten managers, engineers, and experts. With its head office in <strong>Lyon<\/strong> and European branches in <strong>Turin<\/strong> and <strong>Zaragoza<\/strong>, the company is strengthening its presence in the <strong>French capital region<\/strong>, a strategic move to support its <strong>national development<\/strong> and further its <strong>international expansion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>inauguration ceremony<\/strong>, held on <strong>December 7, 2023<\/strong>, brought together prominent figures from real estate, development, and public governance, as well as elected officials and key stakeholders in the sector. APRC Group warmly thanks all participants, including <strong>Jean-Michel Genestier<\/strong>, Mayor of Le Raincy and Vice-President of the Greater Paris Metropolis in charge of logistics, whose presence, words, and commitment were deeply appreciated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the event, <strong>Karim Abdellaoui<\/strong>, Founding President of APRC Group, and <strong>Olivier Barge<\/strong>, Operational Director, highlighted the importance of the Paris branch and addressed the pressing challenges of today:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;The territories are committed to the ZFE (Low Emission Zones). So much the better. But at the same time, we must redraw logistics implementation plans to make this possible \u2013 and do it together.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;Companies are experiencing a revolution in consumption patterns, facing logistics disruptions driven by increasingly personalized demands and the imperatives of sustainable development. So much the better. But we must re-examine their flows, leverage the latest innovations in data exploitation, and rebuild their real estate systems. And here too, we must do it together. I want to acknowledge our experts <strong>Patrick Remords<\/strong>, Supply Chain Director Europe, and <strong>Pierre Beran<\/strong>, Supply Chain Projects Director, who actively support our clients in optimizing their supply chains.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;Productive real estate has become the focal point for all transitions: energy, land, environmental, and financial. These transitions require agility, creativity, innovation, and \u2013 above all \u2013 collaboration. Exchange of experiences, sharing, and dialogue are key. In short: partnerships.
