He has taken on challenges such as revitalizing abandoned land, ensuring <strong>price transparency<\/strong> and <strong>value sharing<\/strong>, venturing into difficult markets, and driving innovation in <strong>sustainable construction<\/strong> \u2013 in a sector where return on investment has long relied on short-lived quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a rapidly changing market, this vision is bearing fruit.
