Between the end of 2021 and the end of 2023, APRC, a general contracting subsidiary of APRC GROUP, delivered 3 buildings to SEGRO. A major contribution to the SEGRO Logistics Park Saint-Quentin-Fallavier (38), an urban distribution and logistics program of more than 80,000 m\u00b2, located on a 20-hectare site in the heart of France’s leading logistics zone, 35 km from Lyon and 15 km from Lyon Saint-Exup\u00e9ry airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In total, more than 80,000 m\u00b2 are spread across three buildings of 27,000 m\u00b2, 45,000 m\u00b2 and 10,000 m\u00b2, operated respectively by LDLC, the French leader in high-tech and IT equipment, the BBL Group, a specialist in transport organisation and logistics services, and BANSARD INTERNATIONAL, an expert in freight forwarding and overseas logistics, which were built by APRC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Certified BREEAM Excellent and labelled BiodiverCity\u00a9 Life, these buildings strictly comply with SEGRO’s commitments to reconcile economic development, sustainable development and the restoration\/preservation of biodiversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A societal ambition which on this site notably involves:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
the on-site reuse of 95% of the materials from the deconstruction of the former industrial wasteland, i.e. 70,000 tonnes of concrete and asphalt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
the installation of a rooftop photovoltaic power plant enabling the electricity production of 4520 MWh, i.e. the annual consumption of 900 homes;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a large-scale landscaping treatment expressed in the establishment of a green unit of nearly 2 hectares;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
the design of an educational trail to raise awareness of biodiversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
