  • The advent of e-commerce has greatly stimulated the need for new kinds of logistics assets, capable of housing retail preparation activity,<\/li>
  • The availability of logistics manpower has become an essential positioning criterion, as has the presence of nearby transport service providers enabling us to meet demanding service level standards or to pool transport with a view to sustainability,<\/li>
  • The introduction of EPZs around each major urban center will encourage the development of nearby assets that will enable an electrified last mile, or one that is efficient in terms of minimizing emissions if it remains thermal,<\/li>
  • Added to this are the constraints posed by the scarcity of land resources and the new objectives of Zero Net Artificialization of soils and respect for biodiversity.<\/li><\/ul>
