Fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form are mandatory to ensure the Company can respond to the User. If these fields are left blank, the User\u2019s request cannot be processed. Fields not marked with an asterisk are optional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.2 Professional Data<\/strong><br>For contact requests and job applications, professional data is also required. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the application form are mandatory to submit an application and enable follow-up communication. If these fields are incomplete, the User will not be able to submit their application. Responses to fields not marked with an asterisk are optional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.3 Connection Data<\/strong><br>The Company collects connection data such as IP addresses, login credentials, and cookies, as detailed in Article 9 of this Privacy Policy. This includes professionals mandated by the Company to market its real estate programs, provided that the User has given consent during the collection of their Data via the contact form.
